Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

This policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims for products purchased from Soilo.

1. 15-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days from delivery. To qualify:

  • Product must be in good condition
  • Product must include original accessories
  • Product must include original packaging where reasonably available
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be denied if:

  • Product is damaged by misuse
  • Product has been modified
  • Product is missing essential components
  • Product is returned after 15 days
  • Fraudulent activity is detected

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email soilo@ddverse.in with:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Reason for return
  • Photos where applicable

Return instructions will be provided after review.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing typically begins within 7 business days after approval.

Actual credit timelines depend on banking and payment providers.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos.

Soilo may provide a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution depending on circumstances.

6. 3-Year Free Replacement Warranty

All eligible Soilo products are covered by a 3-Year Free Replacement Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Functional failures occurring under normal use

Warranty Benefits

Approved claims may receive:

  • Free replacement product
  • Equivalent replacement model
  • Replacement component

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Abuse
  • Improper handling
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic deterioration
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Theft or loss

Proof of purchase is mandatory for warranty claims.

7. Fraud Prevention

Soilo reserves the right to reject claims involving:

  • False information
  • Abuse of return programs
  • Manipulated products
  • Tampered serial numbers
  • Unauthorized resellers
