These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Soilo's website, mobile applications, products, and services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age or access the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account confidentiality
- Protecting login credentials
- Ensuring account information remains accurate
Soilo shall not be liable for unauthorized account activity resulting from user negligence.
4. Product Orders
All orders are subject to:
- Availability
- Verification
- Payment confirmation
- Fraud prevention checks
Soilo reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.
In case of pricing errors, Soilo may cancel affected orders and issue refunds where applicable.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.
Users agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize payment collection for valid purchases.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Soilo shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
8. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. 3-Year Free Replacement Warranty
All eligible Soilo products include a 3-Year Free Replacement Warranty from the original purchase date.
Covered
Manufacturing defects and workmanship issues occurring during normal intended use.
Remedy
Upon approval, Soilo may provide:
- Free replacement unit
- Replacement component
- Equivalent replacement product
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Misuse
- Accidents
- Unauthorized repairs
- Modifications
- Cosmetic wear
- Lost or stolen products
Proof of purchase may be required.
10. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, designs, images, software, product descriptions, and branding remain the exclusive property of DDverse Initiatives Private Limited. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without written permission.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
- Commit fraud
- Abuse warranty programs
- Reverse engineer software
- Disrupt Services
- Introduce malicious code
- Violate applicable laws
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Soilo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DDverse Initiatives Private Limited from claims arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
15. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
16. Changes to Terms
Soilo may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
